Swimming Lessons

Last week Claire took swimming lessons in Kingwood. I had heard about the swimming lessons from a friend who had done them with her kids already. So a few months ago I signed Claire up for them. As the week got closer I got more nervous after watching more videos and looking at pictures. Monday came and Claire and I loaded up to go. No one would go with me because they were too scared to watch!

She did great! We are always in the water and we felt like she really needed to start the lessons. The first day was full of screaming, swallowing water, and taking a very long nap after. As the week went on the screaming wasn't as much and she was becoming more relaxed in the water. On Friday I got to get in and see how we can keep this up at home. It has already proven to be a challenge because Little Miss doesn't want to let go of me. One thing she can do really well is reach for the side and pull herself up....and still scream with me :)
