Summer Trip to Texas

Claire and I came home to Texas for 2 weeks. Justin had to stay behind to work, poor guy. The past two weeks have been full of activities! It's so hot here so most of the time has been spent indoors or in the pool. I so love just being able to walk into my parents backyard and get in the pool. We have been to the zoo, the Children's Museum (which will both be summer activities when we come in town), birthday parties, in the pool, taking swim lessons, playing with friends, having visitors, doing a little shopping, eating at our favorite places, a wedding, a baby shower, and resting.

It's been a very relaxing and fun two weeks at home. It's almost time to fly back to Aloha Land though and we are bringing Tutu aka Mom home with us! Claire has been on the CDC waiting list since September/October of last year and she still isn't in yet. I knew I wanted to go back to work so we put her on the list. Apparently I needed to put her on it before she was even born! Oh well! Tutu is coming to stay with us until Claire is in a CDC...which could be a few months according to the last lady I talked to. I don't think Tutu minds :) Now to just get us home on a long flight. Hope this one goes better than the last!
