I have neglected the blog for a few days. We have been busy and by the time we put her down to sleep at night we are in bed! Claire is doing great not sleeping in her swaddle and is starting to sleep longer at night again. She was going through a little growth spurt and was up every few hours for almost a week. I was one tired mama! I have finally noticed her legs getting chubby...which I think are so cute!
Claire is rolling from her back to her stomach every night and seems to scoot herself to the same position in her bed...the only problem is that she sticks her face in her bumper and then the monitor doesn't sense her breathing or moving and it goes off! It doesn't seem to bother her...just me :)
October-December is my favorite time of year. I LOVE the holidays. Decorating, the weather (even though I have to imagine it in Hawaii), and spending time with family make me happy. So far this month I have made Claire some outfits and decorated for her first holiday. I am looking forward to going home and spending 5 weeks with my mom! Justin, my dad, and my sister will all be there too, but for shorter amounts of time since they all have jobs. I have to take advantage of the huge break this year because I will probably be going back to work next year...we will see!
