Christmas and Goin' to Kauai

We hope everyone had a great Christmas. Justin had duty on Christmas Eve so I went and had dinner with Nikki and Jeremy and then went to the boat. Then on Christmas day we repeated the process only Jeremy and duty and Nikki came over to our house. It is fun having family here in Hawaii with us. Christmas might have been filled with crying if not. I think Justin was happy there were no tears on actual Christmas and just the days leading up to it. :) It was the first Christmas I have been away from my family in my whole 24 years!!! I think it made it better that Christmas in China was a day ahead of ours so when we were celebrating Christmas they were already past the day and playing tourist with Kim.

Tomorrow we leave for Kauai with Nikki and Jeremy. We will be gone until Friday and we are so excited. It's just a good feeling to get off the island sometimes...even if the place you're going is only a 20 minute plane ride. We haven't been before and we have been wanting to go to another island so we thought why not over New Years Eve! It should be fun. We have a lot of stuff planned to do and a lot of time to just soak in the Kauai atmosphere.

Baby Update/News: Nothing exciting going on except I went and got a bottle of Vitamin B-6 which is what the advice nurse and my piece of paper that lists the medicine to take while your pregnant said. I don't think it worked though. The first day I took it was Christmas and it didn't make me feel any different. I still felt queasy all day. Boo. Yesterday I went to Babies-R-Us just to look around while Winston was getting his face and nails trimmed. I found some Preggo Pops and Happy Mama Spray. I have sprayed the HMS all over my arms and sniffed away today :) It seems to be helping.  I was able to eat a peanut butter sandwich this morning (it's one of the things I reallllly like). Hopefully this will work for awhile. If not, I will be calling the doctor/nurse who better be back from their leave next week if they know what's good for them!!!
