Baby News!!!

I have had this blog set up for awhile, but haven't put anything up until I went to the doctor and made sure everything was good! As all of you know who are reading this we are having a baby sometime in the summer of 2010! I say sometime because they aren't completely sure how far along I am. Right now the doctor is going with July 7th, but that could change when I go to the doctor next month for a dating ultrasound. 

We have known since November 9th and had to keep this a secret for what felt like years!!! Justin was out to sea and I had been feeling really tired. I took one test that said negative, but two days later and two at home tests plus a blood test from the doctor said YES! 

I haven't been feeling very good the past couple weeks. About two weeks of wanting to just sleep/die I finally went to talk to the doctor/nurse who gave me some anti-nausea medicine. It has been a miracle and worked all but 3 days in the past two weeks. 

After all the waiting to go to the doctor and not feeling great I finally got to go last week. I had my first appointment at Tripler Army Medical Center. Justin was out to sea again, but our friend Kortnee went with me. Everything looks good so far and we just have to wait until January 13th to go back for our next appointment in the morning and dating ultrasound in the afternoon. We aren't sure if Justin will be able to go to that appointment, but that's the Navy for us. We aren't complaining, it's our life! :) 

We are very excited we finally got to the share the news with all of you. Hopefully we will know more in a few weeks.
