She Loves Her Daddy

To say that Claire is obsessed with Justin is a huge understatement. She is totally wrapped around his finger and she would chase him all day if she could. These two are really cute when they play together. If she wakes up in the middle of the night she screams for him and when she wakes up in the morning we can hear her in the monitor saying "daddy I'm awake now". The first thing she does when we pull in the driveway from school is say "I go get my daddy!" or "My daddy is at work". She loves to to ride on his shoulders or his back. Daddy is for sure the preference when it comes to bath time- apparently he lets her make huge messes and blow bubbles all over the place. He is the much cooler parent who gives her what she wants when she wants it :)

I've found myself recently thinking about when Kennedy and Kinley come along and how she will react to sharing her daddy with her sisters. I've also been brainstorming things Justin and Claire can do together once they do come and she can be the center of attention. I think the biggest one is taking her to look for humpback whales in a few months. She's very into animals right now and loves the beach. She knows that humpback whales live in the ocean thanks to 10 too many episodes of Diego, so I think that will be a fun thing for them to do.
