We are just about to die not knowing what "It" or "Baby" is. We (more like I) have been looking at strollers, beds, bedding and of course clothes for the past few weeks. Last weekend I took Justin to the baby store to look at the stroller, the Quinny Buzz 4, that I love and just wanted to make sure he still likes it too. Like he would argue with me, but still need the opinion since he will be operating it at some point :) SO back to the baby store: everything he looked at was followed by the statement "HE will love this, HE would really like this, I can't wait for HIM to do this, HIM this..HIM that! BLAH BLAH BLAH"...Little does he know I'm thinking in my head "SHE WILL NOT LIKE THAT MISTER THAT IS FOR A BOY!!!" We really need to find out what "It" is. For both our sanity purposes and to finally get to buy stuff and start thinking about names :) Whatever "It" is will be great and we are excited to find out. We are thinking of doing a 3D gender ultrasound either this weekend or next weekend!
I seem to be forgetting everything lately. For example, had a mother of a student yesterday basically yell at me about the class guinea pig! She informed me her son wasn't on the schedule to take the guinea pig home even though she had TOLD me she would take him. So, not to let anyone be rude to me, I wrote her a snotty email (she wouldn't get that it was snotty because she is so flighty) that informed her if she didn't write me a note or send me an email it was likely I was going to forget due to the baby that is sucking my brian straight out of my head (and I didn't really use all those words, but kindly reminded her that she needs to send notes or maybe use the email system to let me know things). Who/What does she think I am? A teacher who remembers things all the time? :)
It's a good thing I remember to do grown up stuff like pay bills, go to work in the morning (although I'm not mentally there until around 9), make sure Winston is fed, etc...
Good thing I'm also not forgetting about my own school work! I just finished the most stressful class e-v-e-r...STATISTICS. Barf. It was terrible and I couldn't wait for the 4 weeks to be over. The worst part was we went for a week then got 2 weeks off for Christmas and thennnnn had to go back to finish the other 3 weeks. I don't do math. I don't do statistics. I hope I get an A.
*Something new: Headaches and being dizzy. I have always had bad headaches and the occasional migraine. When I get these headaches I usually lay somewhere in the complete dark and just about die until they are gone. I was able to take Excedrin Migraine and that is the only thing that helps...well obviously I can't take it anymore so now I'm just out of luck! I don't know what to contribute my headaches to. I'm slightly addicted to caffeine and I'm trying not to drink it so I'm sure that has something to do with it. I finally gave in this afternoon and had a Cherry Coke Zero because I was about to beat my head against the wall. I have exercising so who knows! Hopefully it goes away SOON.
Now, being dizzy- seriously every time I stand up really fast or sit down really fast I see stars...more like black dots...but you get the picture. This has just started in the past couple weeks. I have read that it usually starts in the 2nd trimester so I should just get used to it!

Oh this post!! I love it!! The teacher forgetfulness is TOO funny! (And apparently forgetfulness lasts until after the baby because I am still loosing brain cells rapidly!!) I wanted to tell you though, that I too had terrible headaches and sometimes migraines when I was early on in pregnancy. My doctor did give me a prescription for it, so you could check into that. It really helped! Can't wait to hear what yall are having!!
